Spanish Immersion Program
Our Spanish immersion program maximizes the benefits of group work and individual instruction. You may enjoy classes in the patio or go around town in some popular places.
The program offers a variety of visits to special museums and typical villages. You will appreciate interacting with the locals and discover a fascinating culture which is difficult to feel with a normal tour operator.
You will take part in Mexican/Chiapaneca cooking activities and appreciate local flavours. You may go hiking or biking to see the old ruins of Moxviquil or the Flora of the Huitepec reserve.
You will enjoy films and/or conferences to gain an understanding of cultural diversity within Chiapas and the histories and ways of life of various groups.

Our Excursions
In addition to the activities listed above, this program includes one-day and/or two-days Excursions on weekends
Quality excursions: We offer our own excursions because we want you to decide the pace of your trip. We give you a basic schedule and you decide your trip with the driver!
On a one-day trip you may visit one or two places. Instead of 2 one-day trips you may choose a two-days trip. Thus you may have enough time to reach the jungle!

Accommodation Included
Home-stay with a local family
You will immerse yourself in the convivial atmosphere of a Mexican family. Mexican families are quite large and you usually get to know many nephews and cousins. 'La Mama' is always a great cook.
The family stay includes 1,2 or 3 daily meals. However, families do not prepare food on Sundays.
Spanish Classes Instruction
The program includes the following daily classes
- 2 hours of one-on-one lessons and conversation
- 3 hours of group lessons or 2 hours of one-on-one lessons*
*If there is no group available at your level you get 2 hours of one-on-one lessons instead.
Interchanges with Mexican student
You have the possibility to chat with our Mexican students who look for interchange. Just ask at the reception!
