Registration Form

Booking

• You send us the completed registration form.
• We email you information containing details of your fee.
• You confirm your booking details and eventually make some change.
• We email you a link in order to process a simple and secure online credit card deposit via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.
• We confirm the reception of your deposit.
• We email you the remaining details.
• You pay the rest of your fee upon arrival at the school, Monday or Tuesday. You may pay on a weekly basis.

Deposit

• The deposit is part of your fee
• The school deposit for classes and/or homestay is $ 35 US.
• An 'Immersion Program' deposit is $ 120 US.
• If you wish to book an apartment, the minimum deposit is a week stay.
• If you wish to pay more than the deposit or pay the whole fee via PayPal, we charge an extra 4 % transaction fee
• The school deposit is not refundable. The apartment deposit is refundable 30 days before your arrival but you will be charged $ 35 US. The 'immersion program' deposit is refundable 60 days before your arrival but you will be charged $ 35 US
